Overview

As a carrier of Patriot Carriers  you will have access to the web application that makes doing business paperless. The app replaces the need to mail-in or deliver forms to receive payment. The Carrier App walks you through the process from receipt of a new order, pick-up location, updating load values, uploading receipts, delivery signature and order competion all in real-time.

To best use this application, a smart phone or cell connected tablet is required.

The Process:

When an order is keyed in at Patriot, an email and / or text message is sent to the single carrier to advise of the new order opportunity.

STEP ONE

STEP ONE: Click the link provided in the Text or Email.

This will take you to the Patriot Carriers Website Application area. The message you received is coded to grant you secure access. By clicking on the link provided you also accept the load rate. If you do not accept the load rate, do not click ono the link and the order will be reasigned by the Patriot dispatcher.

STEP TWO

Once you are on the web app page for this order, you will see all the details.

A suggested PICK UP LOCATION is provided along with the address and a GEO Map link to Google. If you need to change this location because supply is not available, Click CHANGE or CONFIRM the location. A drop-down of available to find the new location.

Record actual Weight/Count. All orders provide the needed units for the order. To change to the actual pick-up amount, just tap in the box and update the quanties.

Upload the TICKET image.

Tap on the image box and it will connect to your files or your phone/tablet camera. Hold the your phone carefully to capture the full ticket and take a picture. Once the file has been captured, it will be loaded into the application.

STEP FIVE

STEP FIVE:

Drive to the DELIVER TO Location.

Once you complete the delivery, get the delivery signature and key-in the name for the person signing. Once this is done, the order is complete.
